Join us in July for the grand opening of our new location at 104-26956 Fraser Hwy. We have 700+ Nee Doh packed away for this exciting day! Limits will apply so everybody has a chance at them!

Thermoplastic Rubber (TPR) is generally considered a safe, non-toxic, and hypoallergenic material for toys, often used as a safer alternative to PVC because it is typically free from BPA, phthalates, and heavy metals.
Like many plastic-based products, new toys can release VOCs. It is recommended to air out new toys, especially if they have a strong smell.
Schylling has advised us to air the Nee Doh products in direct sunlight to speed up the process.
In our experience, this smell can last for a week with our less than sunny weather here on the West Coast of British Columbia.
In the past, Nee Doh products would sit in the Schylling warehouses for months prior to shipment, giving them time to off-gas in their shipping boxes. With the unprecedented demand, Nee Doh products make a very short pit-stop at the Schylling warehouses before being sent directly to our store.
Schylling has assured us that their products are safe. In our experience, after airing out the Nee Doh for a week, the smell does not return.
We will accept returns of Nee Doh products with original box and receipt, for store credit. Without box and receipt, we cannot even sell it as "open box" so returns will not be accepted.
