Trade ins welcome

Drop off your new or gently loved, very clean items with our staff. No appointment needed. Minors must have a parent or guardian present to trade in their items.

Fill out our trade-in drop off form with your name, phone number, and whether you want your declined items back. 

We will assess your drop-off in the order it was dropped off. This often takes 3-5 business days, as we are a small business with limited staff. Our staff can give you a better idea of wait time when you drop off.

Once assessed, we will contact you with a STORE CREDIT offer via text or call. Cash is only available in very specific situations. See below.

Once you have received our store credit offer, you may accept it, and have it added to account (it never expires!) or decline and pick up your items.

Our store credits never expire. Use a little or all at once - the remaining balance stays on account until you're ready to use it - or add to it with more trade-ins later!
