Our Mission

At Toy Central, we are dedicated to providing a wide selection of gently loved and collectible toys. Our mission is to bring joy to children and collectors alike, while promoting sustainability through the reuse of toys & collectibles. Our dedicated team is talented in cleaning and restoring items for the next home to appreciate.

Trade ins welcome

Step 1 - Drop Off

Drop off your new or gently loved, very clean items with our staff. No appointment needed. Minors must have a parent or guardian present to trade in their items.

Step 2 - Fill out our form

Fill out our trade-in drop off form with your name, phone number, and whether you want your declined items back.

Step 3 - Wait

Step 4 - We contact you with an offer.

We will assess your drop-off in the order it was dropped off. This often takes 3-5 business days, as we are a small business with limited staff. Our staff can give you a better idea of wait time when you drop off.

Step 4 - We contact you with an offer.

Once assessed, we will contact you with a STORE CREDIT offer via text or call. Cash is only available in very specific situations. See below.
